High Hopes is teaming with Trillion Small, MS,
to offer another Hopeful Hearts & Minds support group!

Nurturing Brains for parents/caregivers is a FREE 8-week group designed for parents and primary caregivers of High Hopes' children, who desire to build emotionally and mentally healthy relationships. The whole concept of Nurturing Brains simply is to highlight how our brains are relational; therefore, as we nurture our relationships we are nurturing our brains.

Objectives of Hopeful Hearts & Minds
- Develop communication and connecting skills

- Process through grief, sadness, and anger
- Strengthen relationships with child(ren) and significant others
- Focus on personal development and care of the parent

Weekly evening group session begins
5:00 pm ~ Thursday ~ January 12, 2017
at High Hopes Development Center

Here's what one High Hopes parent had to say about her experience in Hopeful Hearts & Minds: "I would highly recommend this group to other parents. Trillion was great at moderating the group, allowing us to share our feelings and thoughts, and helping us sort through the root of those emotions and feelings. I learned a lot about myself and I learned the importance of self-care and reflection. I would highly recommend Trillion's group therapy!" - Brittany
