High Hopes Development Center is a 35-year-old non-profit organization that loves, nurtures, and educates children helping each child reach their maximum potential. The mission of High Hopes Development Center is to equip children, youth, and their families with the skills necessary to achieve success through education, therapeutic services, and loving support. High Hopes is the only school in Williamson County with a pediatric therapy clinic on site. High Hopes was voted as one of the Top Workplaces in the Nashville metropolitan area in 2016.

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the Therapy Tech will be responsible for day to day maintenance and organization of the clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to straightening/cleaning the clinic environment, restocking supplies (tissues, wipes, etc), organization of toys and equipment, assisting therapists with therapy sessions as requested, and filing/light office duties.

OTHER SKILLS

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have effective time management skills, attention to details, and  strong organizational skills. Effective human relations skills are required for interfacing with team members, all levels of staff, families, and other contacts. Must possess the ability to effectively function in a stressful environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must possess the ability to prioritize work and to be aware of multiple time frames, and to perform the essential duties of the position.
