Bailey Pratt, CPA, MBA

Bailey Pratt, CPA, MBA is a healthcare finance executive with more than a decade of leadership experience within not-for-profit health systems. He currently serves as Vice President, System Finance for Ascension, where he leads board and external financial reporting, oversees corporate overhead strategy, and helps shape the organization’s long-term capital structure and financial direction.

Earlier in his career, Bailey held multiple Chief Financial Officer roles within Saint Thomas Health. During his tenure, he improved operational performance for both hospitals and medical groups, led major capital expansion efforts, and delivered substantial financial turnarounds.

Bailey began his career with Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and his undergraduate degree from Miami University. He is the proud parent of 3 wonderful children including one daughter with Rett's syndrome. Bailey and his wife, Jill, started a non-profit named The Jiselle Lauren Foundation in honor of their daughter, where all funds go to families impacted by special needs. In his off time, he loves being outside with his family in Franklin or playing golf.
