Chad Duke is a vice president and owner of SCOTT Insurance Services, a top 50, employee-owned insurance brokerage and risk management firm. Chad has worked within the commercial insurance industry for the last 20 years and joined SCOTT in 2009. He moved to Tennessee from Chapel Hill, NC in 2018 to lead growth efforts for SCOTT’s Nashville office. His firm provides insurance placement and risk consulting services to middle and larger middle-market organizations. In addition to traditional insurance placement, SCOTT has dedicated captive, risk consulting, employee benefit, surety, and alternative risk finance expertise and resources.



Chad is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His wife is a surgeon at Vanderbilt University. When Chad is away from work, he is usually on the athletic fields watching / coaching / chasing one of his four sons, playing golf, driving his 69’ Camaro, or cheering on his Tarheels.
