Clara Blitch

Clara Blitch, MBA, MSML, SPHR, SHRM-SCP was
recently appointed as Williamson Health’s Chief
Human Resource Officer. In this role, Blitch is leading the organization’s human resource initiatives which includes overseeing more than 2,200 employees
while promoting a positive work environment,
effective communication and retention in a growing
regional healthcare system. She is an established leader with more than 20 years of human resource
experience, including extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Previously, Blitch served as the Chief People Officer for Consulate Health Care and
has held various human resource leadership
positions with organizations including HCA Healthcare and Brookdale, among others.
