John Harlin

John Harlin is a commercial real estate professional with 15+ years of experience in development, asset management, and property operations. As Development Manager at Boyle Investment Company, he oversees commercial and mixed-use projects across Williamson and Davidson counties. Previously, he managed a 700,000 sq. ft. mixed-use portfolio and worked as an executive real estate recruiter with DHR Global in Chicago, serving clients including Prologis, Brookfield, PGIM Real Estate, and Starwood Capital Group.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, studied internationally in Innsbruck, Austria, and is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee. He has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Coaching Life Matters. A Franklin native and Battle Ground Academy graduate, John resides in Nashville with his wife Caroline, their son, and two dogs.
