Katie Sharpton

Katie Sharpton is the Founder and Principal Designer of Katie Sharpton Design, a Nashville-based interior design firm known for creating timeless, highly personalized homes throughout the Southeast. Originally from Atlanta, Katie attended University of Alabama before building her career in interior design.

Katie’s connection to High Hopes is deeply personal. Her son, Walker, began at High Hopes attending therapy four days a week and is now a full-time student. Witnessing his growth through the school’s integrated approach to therapy and education has been transformative for their family, and the impact High Hopes has had on Walker’s life and their family as a whole is immeasurable.

Katie is dedicated to supporting the mission of High Hopes and advancing its impact on children and families throughout the community. She lives in Nashville with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Emily and Walker.
