Nicole Logan

Nicole Logan has served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at Tractor Supply Company since 2023. In this role, she leads merchandising for the Animal and Softlines Major Division.

Nicole joined Tractor Supply in 2008 and has held a variety of leadership roles across the organization during her tenure. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park.

Nicole is married to her husband, Chris, and is the proud mother of three children: Reece, 19; Ethan, 14; and Olivia, who passed away at age 16 in February 2026. Olivia was a former therapy student at High Hopes, where she cherished the time she spent and the friendships she made. High Hopes holds a special place in Nicole and her family’s hearts because of the meaningful experiences and lasting connections Olivia found there.
