Olivia Howse

Olivia Howse brings over 8 years of experience in early childhood education to her role as Preschool Director at High Hopes. She has earned her Tennessee Early Childhood Administrator Credential, and has worked as both a Pre-K teacher and Early Childhood Assistant Director, where she oversaw curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and family engagement initiatives.

Olivia is passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children. She believes strongly in the power of play-based, child-centered learning and values collaboration with families and educators to ensure every child receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.
