Kelly earned her MSPT from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, in 1993. She has worked at children's hospitals and private outpatient therapy clinics. Kelly has advanced expertise in the treatment of children with Cerebral Palsy and has participated in advanced training in spasticity management, including Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy. She collaborates with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers to coordinate the High Hopes’ equipment clinic.
