High Hopes Development Center Inclusive Preschool and Pediatric Therapy Clinic

has been equipping children and youth to reach their maximum potential for over 32 years by offering a specialized and focused approach to serving children with and without special needs through two integrated programs.

Our Preschool provides early childhood education and childcare in an inclusive environment giving children the confidence to try new things.
Typically-developing children make up 60% of preschool enrollment while 40% have a diagnosed special need
Low pupil-to-teacher ratios allow highly-skilled educators with advanced training to offer adaptive curricula to challenge children of all levels

Therapy Clinic
Our Therapy Clinic provides exceptional Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Feeding Therapy for children from birth to age 21.
Therapists average over 14 years of specialized pediatric experience
Therapy staff communicates with parents, teachers, and healthcare team members to ensure quality and consistency of care
In-network therapy provider for most major insurance carriers and a vendor for the State of Tennessee Early Intervention System - TEIS

In 2015:
487 children and youth benefited from 16,056 therapy sessions
157 preschool children received 123,240 instructional hours in our inclusive preschool
286 volunteers donated over 5,209 hours as baby-rockers, board members, photographers, & more
The mission of High Hopes Development Center is to equip children, youth, and their families with skills necessary to achieve success through education, therapeutic services, and loving support.
