HIGH HOPES

for all children

High Hopes Development Center was created out of necessity by five families in Middle Tennessee. These community members envisioned a place where children with special needs could receive a jump start in early education with therapeutic interventions on-site for those who needed it.

What they created was an inclusive environment, where children with special needs play, learn, and grow alongside their friends that are typically-developing.

This inclusive education experience is bolstered by an on-site outpatient clinic providing four branches of pediatric therapy.

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

Inclusion, at High Hopes, is the practice of educating and involving children with special needs alongside their typically-developing peers. We offer children of all developmental levels, regardless of physical or mental ability, the most beneficial academic, social, and life skills necessary for life-long learning and future success.

The High Hopes Kindergarten adheres to State standards while providing a private school experience.

Our school provides an inclusive early education for traditional and non-traditional learners.

As a nonprofit, the only interest of High Hopes is to provide the best early education experience possible for all children.

PEDIATRIC THERAPY

The High Hopes Pediatric Therapy Clinic welcomes children and youth, birth through age 21, into an enjoyable, kid-friendly environment where outpatient therapy is both fun and rewarding! Because High Hopes offers so many therapy options, it is easy for therapists to work cooperatively and meet your child's needs, all in one convenient location.

Our clinic provides Feeding, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapies.

High Hopes supports a collaborative environment among therapists and educators to find the best path forward for patients of our clinic.

With over 14 years average of specialized pediatric experience, our therapists are trained to evaluate clients and establish individualized goal-oriented therapy programs or work with existing IEPs and/or IFSPs for your child.

High Hopes is a non-profit organization, serving children and families of Middle Tennessee. We greatly need and appreciate the support and friendship of our community! For more information on how you can help, please visit our Giving page!
