PRE-K CLASSROOMS

Children in Pre-K are curious and eager to learn about what is happening around them. They are ready to explore and ask a lot of questions.  Four- and five-year-olds think very literally and learn through their experiences. They begin to develop some literacy skills such as writing their own name, recognizing the letters of the alphabet, and counting. Children in Pre-K love to engage in pretend play, be a "helper", and play with their friends.
